We honor the soul of every handwoven piece. You may cancel your order within 30 days.

The deadline for returns is 30 days from when you receive our handcrafted textiles. We strive for transparency and fairness in every artisanal transaction across our global community.

To exercise your return right, please inform our studio with a clear statement regarding your order choice.

We process refunds within 30 days of receipt. We use the original payment method, ensuring a seamless transaction for your heritage investment, including payments made via Stripe or PayPal.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure these conditions are met:

  • Purchase made within last 30 days

  • Original artisan packaging intact

Exclusions for Handicrafts:

  • Bespoke rugs or custom-made textile products tailored to your specific heritage needs.

  • Items that by their nature cannot be returned, such as old textile remnants or delicate ornaments that show signs of wear.

  • Handwoven goods where the seal was broken after delivery due to hygiene and preservation standards.

  • Products that have been washed or treated with chemical cleaners after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not respect the artisanal quality of our products.

Shipping Items

Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. Please ship to our workshop at the address below:

Artisan Heritage Hub

We recommend insured mail for these unique textiles. We cannot issue refunds without proof of receipt for returned goods or a verified tracking number for the shipment of your handwoven items.

Gifts:

If the rug or bag was marked as a gift, you will receive a digital credit once the item is returned to our archives. A store certificate will be emailed to you for future handicraft discoveries.

If the gift was not marked as such at checkout, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver's payment method via our secure portal.
